Free Shipping Offer

  • Free Shipping in the US is offered on all orders over $25 USD within the lower 48 states.
  • Shipping is by USPS First Class Parcel service.
  • Estimated shipping time for this service is 1-3 business days.
  • Order Processing Times

  • Orders for in-stock items placed Monday - Friday before 5:00 p.m. local time will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders for in-stock items placed on Saturdays before 4:00 p.m. Central time will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders for in-stock items placed on Sundays will be processed and dispatched the following Monday morning.
  • Made to order items will be dispatched within the timeframes specified on the relevant product listing page.

  • Overnight and weekend delivery options are available at an additional charge, calculated at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • No, we do not currently ship internationally. 

  • Liability for damage in transit

  • All carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that occur during transit. If you suspect any damage or shortage was caused during transit, please follow these instructions:
  • Do not sign freight bill or receipt without making a notation on the freight bill.
  • Retain all packing material and shipping cartons until the carrier has made an inspection.
  • File a claim directly with the carrier within 15 days. We cannot file a claim for you.

  • Returns

  • Product returns may be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning any item, please contact us at support@alycia-jewelry.com, stating the order number and description of the product you are returning. We will issue you an RMA number and the address to send the item to
  • You are required to pay for shipping and insurance on the returned items.
  • Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items, as elleCee Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
  • Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 1 business day
  • You must make contact with us and return the item to us within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.
  • Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
  • Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items
  • Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged.
  • Customised, engraved or special order items are not eligible for return.
